Three girls, ages 12, 13 and 17, were reportedly imprisoned in a Tucson, Ariz. home for two years. The mother, Sophia Richter, 32, and stepfather, Fernando Richter, 34, have both been arrested and booked into the Pima County Jail.
Charges against the stepfather include kidnapping, sexual abuse of a minor and physical and emotional child abuse. The mother has been charged with kidnapping, as well as physical and emotional child abuse . . .

A baby boy who was rescued from a sewer pipe in the city of Jinhua, Zhejiang province, in eastern China, is miraculously healthy and has been released from Pujiang People’s Hospital Thursday into the care of his mother and a man claiming to be his father.
His mother, an unidentified woman, 22, delivered him while sitting on a “squat” toilet (a large hole in the floor) and “accidentally” flushed him into the pipe . . .
