Richard Ramos, a 23-year-old man, was pepper sprayed and arrested at a Garfield, N.J., Wal-Mart. The argument, allegedly, began over a dispute with management over a television.
Reportedly, police in Bergen County, where the Wal-Mart is located had a plan to control the crowd and keep the peace. Police were already in the area to provide around-the-clock protection for Wal-Mart and other stores because thousands of shoppers were expected for “Black Friday” deals Thursday and throughout the Thanksgiving weekend . . .
