Accused Boston bomber Dzhokhar Tsarnaev was read his Miranda rights by a magistrate judge Thursday and immediately went silent. Although the suspect could not speak because of injuries to his throat and neck, he had written responses and cooperated with the FBI before he was advised of his rights. . . .
