Three Chicago public school teachers who lost their jobs this year have filed a lawsuit stating the district’s “turnaround” school process is discriminatory, because it targets African American teachers from west and south side schools. The Chicago Teachers Union has filed a federal lawsuit, asking for class-action status, and the three teachers, Donald L. Garrett Jr., Robert Green and Vivonell Brown Jr., have joined the case . . .

    1. Thank you for reading and commenting; Chicago Public Schools definitely has some unique issues, but fairness with teachers/staff is crucial.
