Lance Armstrong’s name is removed from ‘the house that he built’

On Wednesday, Katherine McLane, spokeswoman for the Lance Armstrong Foundation announced that the new, official name of the organization is the Livestrong Foundation.

Armstrong was officially stripped of his seven Tour de France titles when the International Cycling Union (known as the UCI) ratified the United States Anti-Doping Agency (USADA) sanctions against him, and since that time, Livestrong has distanced itself from him.
